The breakfast was very nicely made and generous.

I had a few issues with the app system but they were easily handled by the staff.

Wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade erhalten für eine Suite. Das Zimmer war sehr groß, sauber und hatte eine tolle Ausstattung. Das Zimmer und Bad war bisher das Beste das wir auf unserer ganzen Reise hatten. Sehr zentrale Lage. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Definitiv zu empfehlen!

Die Übermittlung des Zugangcodes hat im Vorhinein nicht geklappt. Aber es war schnell jemand vor Ort, war also letztendlich kein Problem. Mitten durch unser Zimmer verlief eine Ameisenstraße. Aufgrund unserer sehr frühen Abreise wurde uns ein Frühstück to go angeboten. Leider hat dieses aber nicht den Weg zu uns gefunden. Die Bemühungen wissen wir aber zu schätzen.

We had a wonderful stay at Park Street Suites during our recent visit to Colombo! It is a recently remodelled property that is exceptionally well-maintained, offering sparkling clean rooms and all the amenities you would need during your stay. The location is perfect—centrally located yet surprisingly quiet.Major tourist attractions, such as the Gangaramaya Temple, were just a stone's throw away, while others were a short tuk-tuk ride. The staff is incredibly kind, ever-smiling, and goes beyond routine service to make your stay comfortable. They had meaningful suggestions to offer regarding travel, airport shuttle arrangements, and local restaurant/café recommendations.The complimentary breakfast was fantastic—one of the best mushroom omelettes I've ever had! We had an early morning flight to catch, and the staff made sure our breakfast was parcelled for the journey. The people here truly care for their guests! I highly recommend this property.

Not necessarily a dislike but just to note : As the property lacks an elevator, navigating heavy luggage can be troublesome. While the staff is incredibly helpful with carrying bags, guests with heavy luggage or mobility concerns may want to take this into consideration.
