A very good hotel to explore Zermatt and catch the cable car towards the Matterhorn

Very friendly and helpful staff, who even accompanied me to the bedroom on my arrival in order to better explain everything. Large, clean and comfortable bedroom, with a large selection of national and international TV channels. Good continental breakfast. Very close to the departure station of the cable car heading towards the Matterhorn. I wanted to extend my stay for an additional night, and right away the recepcionist checked that there was availability and even allowed me to remain in the same room as before.

There is nothing to mention here. While far from the train station, it is very close to the departure station of the cable car towards the Matterhorn.

Excellent location, 1 minute walk to the cable car, and approx 10 minutes walk to the central. Very nice stuff. Good breakfast.

Not extraordinary but good for a couple of days

The location of the property was nice , right next to the Zermatt glacier cable car ride. We booked last minute so got the room with no view but I am sure they have rooms facing the Matterhorn. The staff was very nice and polite.

We booked a room with double bed but there were 2 matteres on the bed with a huge gap in between . So basically it was like 2 single beds in one bed frame. The breakfast options were quite basic.

A visit of a lifetime!

The staff at the hotel was superb. They were accommodating, friendly and we really felt welcomed.

Very good hotel, would definately reccomend.

Perfect location- 2 min walk to ski lift and bus station. Staff is extremely helpful with all questions, especially Pier. Very good breakfast with Matterhorn view. We liked sauna after day of skiing. Nice decorated lobby and bar. Everything is very clean.

Beautiful boutique hotel

The location was excellent. Very close to the gondola for skiing and an easy walk into town. The view from our room was spectacular! The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was a delicious way to start our day.

Exceeded all expectations

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the hotel's location was fantastic, just 20 meters from the ski lift. The view of the Matterhorn from the window was breathtaking, and the breakfast exceeded all expectations. The sauna was also very comfortable and relaxing. I will definitely be returning to this hotel on my next visit to Zermatt.

Fabulous stay!

Love the fabulous view of Matterhorn from balcony, good breakfast and spacious room. Staff are also friendly and great! Location is not within train station but there is free shuttle bus.
