The house is located in a very safe area. We stayed at the 2 bedroom apartment. 10 min walking distance to a small grocery shop, and 22 min walking distance to a shopping mall. The apartment has everything you need.
The mattresses were very hard to sleep on. There is no bathtub, and the shower water was running hot for only 15-20 seconds. Would be helpful to have a tourist guide available to know what's around the area.

Location, super clean, every necessity was in kitchen, good wifi, birds singing, parking lot, bus stop around the corner.
Just one too soft mattress.

It was really well equipped, the host was nice, the apartment had plenty of room, we had parking spot.

Clean and fair facility. Awesome location. Kind hosting.
No curtain in the bathroom made it a bit difficult to get a shower. No sound isolation to next rooms makes disturbing noises when you want to sleep.

This was the 4th time I've stayed at Villa Julia and love everything about it. The hosts are really friendly and welcoming. The room and shared bathroom and kitchen are spacious, clean and have everything I needed during my stay and the location is perfect - in a really peaceful street with a lovely garden and yet so close to all the major attractions in Budapest. I would highly recommend it to anyone travelling to Budapest as it's also superb value for money. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Kitchen. We did a little cook there. Secure Private parking in the garden at the back of house. The owner is very friendly.
Washing machine is not working. No shower curtain and window curtain in the bathroom.

Spacious and very close to the tram that takes you into the city (3 stops to the metro and then one stop on the metro to Fishermans bastion). Also there is on site parking behind a fence, so no worrying about your car when you are in Budapest.
The place could really use some maintenance. For example: the washing machine was not working and the shower was so clogged with chalk that there was hardly any water coming out of it.
