Beds were really comfortable.and the bed linen was lovely.
Hallways and carpet outside the room were really stained and scuffed. Shower is over the bath and a really big step to get in and out.

Location
Toiletries were lacking a little . Handcream / lotion is common in most hotels of this type and would have been nice to have in the room.

Felt like staying in a palace steeped in history for a fraction of the price. The staff were amazingly helpful without being overbearing and they went above and beyond with retrieving a piece of jewellery I had dropped down the sink as well as lending us towels for going swimming. The room itself looked out over a garden. It was just a short walk to get to the Schoenbrunn palace and the palace gardens were on our doorstep. Though it was far from the city centre there was a row of restaurants and a bakery nearby for breakfast and dinner.
It was a bit far to travel to get into the centre of town. There were stains on the carpets and fittings which were not nice to look at.
