When checking into the hotel, the receptionist couldn’t find the room key. We had to wait about 10 minutes for her to find it. She could have simply arranged for a room change since a key was available for another room. At breakfast, it was very annoying that they took away the plate, cutlery, and even the glasses before you had finished your meal. It felt like they were rushing you to leave quickly. Additionally, it disturbed the privacy and comfort during breakfast. Why can’t they wait until you’re done eating and have left the table before clearing the cutlery?

The location was perfect, and the reception staff is really nice and helpful.

The church bell was right next to our room, we woke up at 6 am every morning because of it… We wanted to sit on the terrace to have breakfast but we had to set our table, because the staff didn’t care about it. It was the same breakfast every morning, they only served tomatoes no other vegetables. The room was noisy we could hear everything what our neighbours were talking and doing…
