The host/owners where great. We got an update on our room.. Brekfast is awesome and keeps you going all day. The beaches are close by and downtown is by a nice walking distance. The room we got is stunning and the bad is very comfy.

Nothing I didn't like. I would like an ice box in the fridge do. :)

Prekrasan pogled sa balkona,dobra lokacija.Dorucak je izvrstan,ideja bezmesnog dorucka je odlicna i sve pohvale za raznovrsnost.Smjestajna jedinica je prostrana,izuzetno cista,nemam zamjerke.

Jedina zamjerka je sto nismo mogli ostaviti auto na parkingu malo prije negoli smo mogli uci u apartman.

The terrace and the view over the sea is beautiful. The breakfast was delicious.

Especially the interior of the studio was very cosy,clean and new.The balcony was situated very well,no noise from traffic. The breakfast was veggie, but fine. We would have liked an offer of fresh fruits amd the coffee wasn`t what we like to have.

Coffee, fruits for breakfast, for the balcony it would be fine to have a relaxing deck chair

The possition of the accommodation is just perfect. The room was comfortable, the view is stunning. Nicely decorated room and bathroom.

We missed a cettle in the room- to make a coffee at any time a day, we also missed a spoon, plate, fork.. wine glasses...that we could sit in the evenings on a beautifull terrace and enjoy sunset with the wine & snacks

Nice room (very quiet and clean), private beach and lovely breakfast (in the room). It is not really cheap, but it's worth it! Great staff.

The breakfast was good. The Wi-Fi signal was good enough. The room was clean and well maintained.

The four stars next to its name are extremely misleading. This is NOT A HOTEL, but rather an Airbnb type of establishment, a home stay. Both the description of the establishment and many of the reviews are also misleading: - Contrary to the description, there are no bathrobes and slippers in the bathroom; - Contrary to the description, the sauna was not offered and was obviously not available during our 3 nights stay; - Contrary to many reviews, there is NO PRIVATE Beach; - Contrary to many reviews, there are NO FREE SUNBEDS and UMBRELLAS on the beach; - Contrary to many reviews, there were NO BEACH TOWELS provided for free. Here are the rest of unpleasant things that we experienced: - A sign on the front door greets you with: BE NICE OR GO AWAY! - To be nice includes: you pay EUR 200 as a security deposit, in case you damage the IKEA style furniture: no receipt given; you pay in advance on arrival the full price for all your stay (cash only, no receipt given!); - You will be asked to switch off the air conditioner, when you are not in the room! - The parking arrangement is not the best: you have to negotiate with other guests, if you need to move out; - I was charged EUR 5 for a broken water glass (We buy them in pairs and we have to go to Rijeka to buy them, was the excuse!!!) All in all, I am not convinced that this establishment deserves 10 points score for the service it provides! Many of the reviews, that give it 10 points, are dated out of season and lack any argumentation. So, be careful what you pay for!
