The hotel is in the center of Crikvenica with very nice terrace. Furniture in the room and amenities are all new and clean. Breakfast is is very good, and you can take your coffee and breakfast on the terrace. Stuff is very nice and helpfull.
Rooms are quite small, which is probably not important during summer or nice weather. The hotel was not full during our stay, but we could very clearly hear guests from neighbouring rooms, and especially from balconies.

The Personal didn't bring our cars in the right time. We have already announced them a day before we want to make a little Trip and that we need our car, and they said that they will bring it at 10 in the morning. After 2 hours of waiting in the Lobby and in Front of the Hotel it finally arrived. This ruined our Trip, because we Had to drive Like 2 h till the destination. ( The parkplace ist not at the Hotel, they have Personal that drives with your car. And ist's Not cheap. 15 Euro per day).
Another situation again with car, one of the family member did Not felt good in one night. And he forgot his medicines in the car. At 7 PM we announced that we need something front car, and they said Like in 2 hours the driver will bring them. That night we didn't see the medicines. It seems that the driver forgot to take them. I have to tell that these situations kind of ruined our Holiday. We didn't want to take our car anymore during our stay. We just moved around the hotel.

Breakfast was good, room was clean, nice and quit. Parking is not directlz in front of the hotel but around 10 to 15 mins by food, but when available a driver can park / bring your car.

Nice and modern hotel in the city center: close to the beach and the port. Nice promenade on the seeside and terace for hotel guests.
The room types and names are a bit confusig. The buffet breakfast was a bit crowded.

- Nice staff.
- Attention: room “sea side” does not mean sea view! Trees are closing the view if you are at the low level floors.
- Small room and bathroom vs. expectations (photos).
- Very very poor breakfast quality.
- Just one lift for a 6 floors hotel.
- More than 30 minutes for the check-out.
- Parking place outside the structure, you need to leave the keys at the reception (and for jealous drivers like me could be an issue, but I must say it was working well).
- Below expectations considering the 4 stars and the price.

The room was perfect size for just the two of us and had a nice little desk also. We liked having the balcony to dry our towels & you are literally right on the beach. You step out of the hotel and you're surrounded by bars and the beach.
No parking (there is a city lot nearby though). Check in and check out took very long. While it was nice to have a balcony, it wasn't really worth it because you are looking directly at another building, and they are looking directly at you. We didn't love that aspect.

delicious breakfasts and dinners; wide choice of food and drinks
- hotel is very close to the beach
- we had a view of a building, not sea, but on the other hand that´s way the room was quiet and shaded
- clean and comfortable rooms
there was no balcony in our room, so it was difficult to dry our swimsuits, towels etc. sometimes, when we came back from the beach

We had an awesome sea view from the 5th floor, big balcony, room was very clean, perfectly located at the pedestrian street, the parking Service was excellent , great hotel Cocktailbar
breakfast was not like other 4* star hotels- no freshly cut fruit like pineapples or watermelons, too much Cheese & ham..would have prefered more vegetables, feta cheese

We liked the quietness of the hotel. Breakfast very good
We don't like the location of the room. We were supposed to get a city view. We got a view of the other side of the hotel and the windows of other guests. A very big minus.

Personel was kind and hospitable. Rooms are spatious and well mantained. The food was delicious. I higly recommend to everyone.
