Room was an excellent size. Very clean. Staff were excellent. Reception staff were super great, coffee lounge downstairs and the staff was excellent, breakfast staff were amazing.

It was disappointing that there was no breakfast on the weekends and public holidays. We missed out on 3 days. Had some issues with TV internet and telephone but staff attended to these very quickly. Recommend for the venue to put instructions for using the washing machine/dryer and instructions for using the hotplate. A sign regarding the hot water switch would be great also.

We stayed at Adina for 6 nights and would highly recommend it to our friends. The staff are extremely attentive and helpful and the light complimentary breakfast is good. The bed is very comfortable and housekeeping did a fantastic job in keeping the room clean. Location is also very convenient and we would definitely come back for our next visit.

It would have been nice to have breakfast 7 days and not just 5.

It was a new property so items were new so that was good. But most items were also high quality, so are likely to be good over time hopefully.

This is not a reflection on the property butd Singapore in general. It is getting too expensive!

We took The studio apartments. They were spacious and with full of amenities. Best suited for families. Kids friendly and very nice location. Vimal & Vani were very friendly at the front reception. 24 hours free coffee was a blessing. Overall 10/10

It was a very comfortable 8 day stay after a room change. The space is lovely for socialisation with a couple of friends. The appliances are very clean and I had the peace of mind using the kitchen and washing machine. The staff has been very helpful whenever I approached for help. It deserved the exceptional rating on booking.com

Adina should really consider NOT try to place guests in their disability access room. I was initially given one when I did not ask for it or need it. The room is situated on the second floor with no natural light with opaque windows; which could not be opened with Singapore hot and humid weather. It is really not desirable for stay of more than a week. Worse, the shower area is NOT separated with shower screen or curtains. After I took a shower, the entire floor in the tiny space was wet and stained with residual of shower gel. The bathroom almost could not be used after that. Although they did oblige with a room change after I complained and insisted. Although the management did send a card and a bottle of wine to say sorry which I appreciate, but it is really an unnecessary unpleasant experience I did not have to go through in the first place.

The apartment has numerous amenities, including complimentary coffee in the lobby. Excellent service, and the staff surprised my son on his birthday.
