I came in early to the property, ahead of the check in time. While the staff at the reception was unhelpful, intervention from the manager helped make things comfortable while I waited to check-in. Just a few kind words and assurance that the team is doing their best to accomodate an early check-in, are enough which is what the Manager offered. I have stayed at Adina before and will stay again.
The front desk staff can be trained better to support the incoming guests especially ones who have come a long way - I travelled from US to Singapore only to find an indifferent front staff.

Close to everything, including orchard road shops. Fitted 6 of us comfortably. Cool apartment after hot days outside.
Everything was great. Just didn’t get told about the pool
Under renovation until we were there but they organised a grab to their sister apartment for a swim there.

Proximity to public transportation.
Clean and comfortable.
Helpful staff.
Free breakfast Monday- Friday.
Lovely pool and gym area.
Midday checkout was so convenient for an afternoon flight.
Loved having the space and convenience of a small kitchen.
Neighbourhood a bit bland.
More lively in other areas I visited.
