absoluetely great location, has parking and very nice staff on reception. We had some challenges with my relative to arrive and they helped to manage the booking. Great people! i would say everything was effortless. Many thanks for the hospitality!

The room was not very clean. i have a small baby and sadly floor was dirty, and every 4 days cleaning was way to basic.

Having one towel per person for the pool & bathroom use. Feels very expensive - worked out to be over $300 per night but that might be normal in Singapore Some things felt old/outdated, one of the keys didn't work Bed in the kitchen made it difficult to cook anything

Good management staff, location, lobby, value for money. The apartments are spacious, so this could actually be a very good place for families travelling with children. However, if you value peace and quiet, I would recommend choosing different accommodation. There is also a lovely garden and walking area on the roof. Unfortunately, there is nowhere to simply sit and enjoy it. Even adding a couple of chairs would make a big difference. The lobby downstairs is beautiful and impressive — honestly, the lobby alone looks like it belongs to a four-star hotel. Unfortunately, the rest of the property is much less impressive.

The biggest problem with this hotel is the complete lack of soundproofing. You can hear practically everything happening around you as if it were happening inside your own room. The entrance doors in particular provide almost no protection from hallway noise. If you are unlucky enough to have children or a large family staying next door, you may simply not be able to sleep. Our first three days were absolutely terrible because of constant shouting and noise coming from the neighbouring room. We are very grateful to the management for taking our complaint seriously and moving us to another part of the building. The managers were pleasant, responsible and genuinely helpful. The rooms are in need of renovation, but in my opinion the first and most important improvement should be replacing the entrance doors with properly insulated ones. This alone would significantly improve the experience. The swimming pool is enough size to swim, but it needs to be cleaned properly and it's not about leaves or other debris that may naturally fall into the pool from the surrounding trees. The problem was the dirt resulting from the pool being used by guests — sand, hair, plasters, and similar things. This is something that should be cleaned regularly. A suggestion for management: consider changing the logic of room allocation — for example, placing large families in one section of the building and other guests in another. Alternatively, the property could position itself more clearly as family-oriented apartments. This could help avoid mismatched expectations between guests. If you plan to spend most of your trip out in the city and only come back to the hotel to sleep, the noise may not bother you as much. In our case, we spend quite a lot of time at the hotel, so the constant noise made it very difficult to actually relax and enjoy our stay.
