Location

It is so dark inside the hotel. Rooms are like caves they are so dark. Rooms are ok for solo traveller, but too cramped for couples with a few suitcases.

Location is prime, next to the river and in Robinson Quay. You can access MRt and many entertainment locations such as Clarke Quay and riverfront malls by foot

The room was a bit dirty (hairs in the floor everywhere). When I arrived (2pm) they told me the room wasn't ready, and that they would rush the cleanup. Seems they indeed rushed it, and skipped vacuuming the place. As for the layout of the room itself: it's extremely small, and I kept bumping my feet and knees with the bedframe and the room table as I moved around the room. Another big down is the faucet and sink... It is OUTSIDE of the bathroom, and WITHIN the room itself, almost at the foot of the bed. Plus: the carpet (made of plastic) interrupts at a square made of more traditional carpet, where the whole bedframe lays. This carpet lays is compressible and lays lower than the plastic carpet, and there's a metal squared frame ingrained on the floor surrounding it. I kept hurting my feet when I stepped on it... Everything in the hotel, from lowly maintained carpet, room design, and cleanliness is quite disappointing ... Specially considering it is next to the holiday inn and other hotels, which offer similar prices for more reliable and more comfortable rooms.

Fantastic location. Friendly and helpful staff. Great swimming pool, especially after a day of sightseeing in the heat! We had an issue with the hot water to start, but the staff were on to it and got it sorted.

The doors were extremely heavy 🤪! And the rooms were very small but I've read that's normal for Singapore.

Great rooms, stayed in the loft room and it was perfect. Location is great, just hired bikes and explored the city. Best way to do it

no common area to lounge except restaurant; rooms too small, a lot of iron, can get hurt easily, my toe got bruised from accidentally kicking a bed post. shower very inconvenient to use. toiletries not regularly supplied. had to ask for coffee, toilet paper, creamer.

The location, pool and comfy beds were all huge plusses. Due to the riverside location, we were lucky enough to see wild otters twice during our stay!

The room was very small (I know this is common in Singapore) and the buffet breakfast could have been a better quality for what we paid e.g. only one fresh juice option, the rest were from concentrate.
