Fully digital, breakfast with 100% local products (but very limited choices; no coffee served although you can make it in the room)

On the first day there were two workers who entered my room while I was sleeping. They had knocked the door but didn’t wait for my authorization to enter the room. This has never happened to me before. There are no restrooms in common areas, so you won’t be able to use the restroom if you leave your luggage in the hotel after check-out. Breakfast is cheaper if you pay on the spot. Only one hot/cold drink is served. They don’t serve coffee as they only provide 100% local products, you can make it in your room but some people like to have coffee while eating breakfast. For business travelers: on the invoice they use wording such as “intimate” to describe the room, without mentioning “double room” or similar. There was no flexibility from the hotel to adjust the room description. Perhaps this is not appropriate for everybody. The management team sends many messages via WhatsApp, a bit annoying. Overall, I have had more positive experience in Brussels for lower price.

Really nice sized bed, good location, liked that we could just check in and leave ourselves without any fuss, the free beer and crisps were a nice touch.

The AC wasn't very cold at all, making it a little difficult to sleep during the hot whether, and the room was clean but one of the bins wasn't emptied (only cardboard left in it) and the milk wasn't replaced after the last guest, there were 2 empty milk cartons that were used by someone else, but left in the coffee station tray.. no big deal but just mentioning

We loved the check-in process - they just sent us a code and we didn't have to take a key with us all the time, just remember the code. The room had a fridge, a pod coffee machine, and an iron in it, which was really nice. We didn't order breakfast as there is a lovely cafe Kaffebar on the other side of the road offering great breakfast for the same price. The location is just wonderful - 10 minutes max and you're right in the heart of the city with all its sightseeings and attractions.

No cleaning in the room during our stay for 4 nights. No desk in the room if you want to work.

I liked the safety of the place,very good security with everyone having their own code to enter the property,lift,room and laundry facility.They also allow you to use lockers to store luggage with your own code to lockers if your'e too early to check in.The host is excellent in replying to messages if help is needed.

Some nights were noisy with people living above with kids.

Shower didn't drain away and caused a little flood. Only negative point.

The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. Breakfast was excellent. To be frank, I don't understand the negative feedback. Although it is not served at the same building, it was just one minute walk. Very good communication though WhatsApp, friendly and helpful staff. Thanks for a great stay!!

the property never sent link to check in, so arriving at 11pm without the ability to check in was frustrating. no apology from the hotel, they seemed to blame me instead. one of the contact numbers listed for the hotel is incorrect. it took a while to find an alternative number to reach the property.

Room was dirty and dusty! Furthermore sink was clogged/blocked and not usable. Oh and dirty towels. Notified Numa straight away and since we checked in around 9pm there was nothing they could do about it

the carpet and chair could use some cleaning.

Prompt text response from services

While prompt text response from services, my maintenance request (requested upon arrival) was not resolved during the entirety of our stay (3 nights). This truly detracted from our otherwise quite pleasant stay. Note the room was not cleaned during our stay either.

Breakfast was in a restaurant about 800 m from the hotel. This is not convenient at all, so I had to skip it during my stay at this hotel.

great stay. good location. good price. although it is contactless service, we did not meet any staff during the stay, but the experience is perfect. we know exactly what need to do and the staff from time to time will sent us messages through WhatsApp to check our need. definitely will go back with numa if we go back to Brussels!

Nobody welcomes you at the reception, which is unacceptable for a 4 stars hotel. There is no reception counter as everything is electronic, and you need to manually check-in by yourself following some guidelines they are sending by WhatsApp. It was the worst experience in a hotel we had so far in Belgium, and wasted time doing the check-in like this. If this hotel is 2 or 3 stars, we can understand, but a 4 stars hotel should not be this type.

a bit expensive. We had a electrical power cut overnight and we’re out of electricity (lights, power to charge phones) for +4h. That impacted entire building and customer service was very responsive and offered partial refund.

An excellent base to visit this beautiful city. Nice and clean room with a few luxuries like a coffee machine... highly recommend..
