The location of this property is amazing. Just 2 blocks from Grand place and many other popular tourist sites. The staff is incredible. They are very knowledgeable about the area. Every place they recommended for us to try was a 10. I can’t say enough about the staff and location. Breakfast was very good. Wide variety of food to please guests from many countries. Eggs, bacon, hash browns, beans on toast, sausage links of some kind, fruits, cereals, yogurt, toast, croissants and a variety of jams, and chocolate spread. A coffee machine that made many types of coffees and even hot chocolate. 2 juices and water with lemon etc. While the need was a little firm for me, my mom slept great. Has air conditioning but you have to ask the front desk to set it for you. You do not do it yourself in the room. Has toiletries and an elevator/lift. Has a hot water kettle with coffees and teas in the room. We especially enjoyed that after a long day of sightseeing. The service in this hotel is top notch. Highly recommend. Would gladly stay here again when in town. The view with the round top was from our room 402.
I wish I could have stayed longer

From the moment we arrived James gave us a warm and friendly welcome. Was extremely helpful, recommender restaurants when asked and gave us a map pointing out sights to see. Very comfortable room, great breakfast and so close to restaurants/ bars and the Grand Place
Very slight drain smell in bathroom
