Great location a block from the Central train station. Walkable to restaurants and sights in Central Brussels. The gym was amazing with TechnoGym equipment. The sauna was really great. Breakfast was full spread.
Walls were very thin so can hear neighbors. Power went out while I was staying at night. No immediate back up generator but this was just a small incident. Doesn't happen often.

Fantastic hotel with rooftop bar. Step outside to find loads of bars restaurants and shops. As a female, I felt very safe walking around the surrounding area.

Certain employees were good. Location was excellent.
Room was too hot. Even in September. Air controlled by the front office.If you open the window there are people partying til all hours of the early morning,. Breakfast was repetitive and it wasn't replenish in a timely manner. Roof top bar employees were down right rude. You'd think for what they charge you'd be getting a better value for your money
