Beautiful room, very comfortable bed. Window glazing with closed shutters very effective soundproofing. Lovely breakfast with home-made jams, milk based items and cakes, choice of breads and cereals. Freshly cooked eggs on request. Staff happy to recommend restaurants and things to do in the town. Attractive decor throughout, with nice courtyard outside.
It did take a while to get hot water to the shower, but weather was hot so cool showers quite welcome!

Great location and Staff.
Large clean bedrooms.
Our room had a bath and washbasin in the bedroom. Other rooms had showers in the bedroom.

Great location for all Carcassonne attractions, and easy walk. The hotel has a beautiful homely interior. The bedroom was large and spacious. Enjoyed breakfast in the courtyard.
The waterfall shower had no pressure and the handheld shower leaked. I'm sure this will be put right for the next visitor.

Location.
Toilet in room had no ventilation. Shower ran cold for several minutes before warming up . Breakfast not adequate , stale bread , same produce presented every day . In France 🇫🇷 and no sign of a Croissant!.
