CIS Lamourelle Centre International de Sejour

La struttura è nuova e si trova al limite del centro storico della città bassa. E' sia hotel che ostello ma è tutto tranquillo. E' disponibile un parcheggio a pagamento (5 euro al giorno) I ragazzi alal reception sono stati molto gentili nel fornir ele informazioni richieste La camera era spazionsa e pulita (non c'è il fon)00 La colazione al costo di 7 euro è sufficiente. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo

Purtroppo abbiamo avuto un problema con l'aria condizionata (non funzionava) sostituita con un ventilatore.

The location was good and it was continuously staffed.

The room was not clean, there were ants in the bathroom. Key card did not work and took 2 times for receptionist to give us a physical key to get in to our room at midnight. There was only 1 duvet and 1 extra pillow in a room booked for 2 people, there were no towels in the room. We had to ask for all of these things. Then the duvet I was given was covered in blood stains. There was nowhere to put things in the room, no tables etc. And the charging ports next to the bed could not hold the weight of an international charging plug. Was told by one receptionist I could be given a hairdryer the next morning but when going to get it was told they do not supply them.
