The staff were lovely!! We celebrated a birthday and they made the birthday girl feel special on both the first and last day of our stay, which was beautiful!!! The pool was a decent size and clean. Breakfast was pretty good and they provided complimentary water bottles daily. The room was spacious and the beds were quite nice. The hotel was very close to MRT (train) station, which was very convenient! Overall, a good stay!
The hotel advertised a pool bar but it was not opened the entire time we were there which was disappointing! Also the pool closed early (7pm).
Plus paying $12 for a cup of coffee at the hotel bar at night was insane (and that’s prior to the service charge and tax!)

The lobby was luxurious and the doormen were very friendly. The restaurant view was stunning. Close to public transport. Very quiet, no children around.
The cost of food was astronomical. We were double charged for a 3rd adult. 2nd charge hidden as a rollaway bed cost. It was eventually removed but they charged us our deposit and then charged the final costs separately instead of removing costs from the deposit, advising 14 days to correct the mistake. The pool closes early, the pool bar wasn’t available, getting service at the pool was delayed and difficult.
