Perfect location with shuttle bus to the city centre where there are shops and train. The facilities were excellent, staff so very helpful. Breakfast was AMAZING staff were EXCELLENT especially Syed, Marcus and Agnes who always looked after me and the kids, a big thank you for making our stay so comfortable and pleasant 🙏💙🫶

salad bar & heated cabinet for the croissants.
I found it a bit chaotic & letting kids touch or play with the food on display was not good.
Understandably during peak hours local staff could not take care of this, but was hoping that parents would act responsibly.
That was not always the case.
This should be improved to make the breakfast a nice experience for everyone.

Really good location which was only a couple of train stops away from city center, awesome view, generally clean and comfortable room with good amenities in the hotel. We especially love the infinity pool.
Our bathroom wasn't cleaned properly as we found a used toothbrush set in the showers and some stain on the toilet seat but nothing too major for us.
