Dirty, bad smell, old,

Big swimming pool
Ants crawling up every corner whenever there’s even a trace of food/snack;
Far from any centre of attraction for travellers;
Noisy surroundings as the walls are so thin & some people playing music

The corridor carpet to the rooms looked filthy and the phone in room was out of order

Staff was always friendly.
The room came with compulsory ant colonies and several large cockroaches. Especially the bathroom has moldy ceilings and smells of mold intensely. The Wifi does not work for videos or voice calls. The pool uses strong chemicals that still stain the clothes I wore after my swim.

Everything. The hotel is old. Facilities are appealing. Wooden doors and handles. Horrible smell. WiFi was terrible. Bland meals for breakfast.

The rooms are very dirty and dusty! The basic cleanliness and hygiene is totally lacking! Very disappointed ☹️

There were lots of ants and a few cockroaches in the room! Not expected at this price point.

I wanted a quiet place to relax and the YMCA met my needs. It's just a stone's throwaway from the Orchard shopping belt. The room size is adequate and the bed and pillows were comfortable. I would come back to this hotel.
There was no ironing board in room. Besides, I was given a twin room even though I ticked for a double bed in the option provided during booking. The check-in staff insisted that my preferred choice was subject to availability. I told her that it would have been better if the hotel had informed me before hand about it as I could have cancelled my booking and booked another hotel. Even so, the staff was polite and courteous and noted grievance. Apart from this, I had a good stay.
