I arrived earlier than expected and before checkin and was able to leave my bags. Room was small but fine for me and super comfy. The staff is super friendly and would book again for sure. Location is top notch

Great location, a stone throw from shops, restaurants and the cathedral. Reception team really friendly and warm.
Reception and lift areas had a weird sewage like smell. The rooms are very sparse for the price.

The location was amazing! Right in the centre of all the wonderful shops and restaurants. Looking out of our window we could see the lovely buildings. It was really easy to find with a friendly welcome from the reception staff. The room was ideal to get our heads down and we had a comfy bed, clean bedding and a clean bathroom. Nice to have USB charging and a TV in the room. Breakfast was great - lots of choice and yummy pastries. Well worth the money! Other people have complained about noise from outside but I didn’t notice it and if I did hear people out and about it was just nice to be in the centre of the action.
It’s not that I disliked anything really but the room is slightly smaller than other hotel rooms I’ve stayed at but hardly a problem if you’re not spending too much time in the room. There was a slight noise from a boiler or something that woke me up a couple of times but nothing to write home about!

Very very bare bones, nothing except plastic cups, heating that could not seem to move. Tiny room, bad lighting. Elevator not working . THE only thing location. Thankfully there for just one night . Staff nice & did there best
