Lovely boutique hotel on the edge of old Lille. It felt safe. Staff were very welcoming at breakfast and at reception. A wide selection of fresh food at breakfast. Nice touch to give complimentary soft drinks in the fridge. Good quality toiletries from L’Occitane.
The bed was comfortable, slightly too soft for me. On the last day, we walked to the Eurostar station in 10 minutes.
The room was a little small. The sliding bathroom door was glass and too noisy to move in the middle of the night. The wardrobe was very small but sufficient for a short stay. TV only had French channels.

The staff were welcoming and helpful. The breakfast which appeared to be using locally sourced food was excellent. The bedroom was a good size. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. The room was quiet I recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Lille.

Location was good and right by underground car parking. You got a complimentary drink if stopping 2 night.
The shower area by the side of the bath was so dirty we did not want to use it so used the little shower in the bath. The room was no way a superior deluxe, more of a double standard.
