The staff here are exceptional! The reception staff were welcoming and very helpful, they gave some great travel tips and were keen for us to really enjoy the city they are obviously very proud of. The cleaning staff were warm and friendly, making it a pleasure to see them each morning.
The facilities were in good condition, with well-chosen decor and the room was very well laid out. The bed linen is beautifully clean and crisp, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, a real revelation!
The location is fantastic, with no fewer than 7 restaurants in the square in front of the hotel, serving everything from tapas to authentic Portuguese dishes - a foodies dream! Despite the potential for noise on the street, Teatro Boutique Hotel provides a real oasis of quiet and calm in what is a vibrant, bustling, good-natured neighbourhood in a joyful city - we can't wait to go back!
Very little. If pushed i would say that there could have been another foot of room at the end of the beds (twin room) but it really wasn't an issue.

Great location, but a bit tired, especially the bathroom.
The lifts were old, the safe didn’t work and the bathroom needed updating.
