Excellent location. Within walking distance of many of the attractions. Lovely bars and restaurants in close proximity. Bed really comfortable. No problem with noise at night due to heavy shutters on windows - very effective. A great choice for a short stay as a base for exploring this amazing city.
Room was a bit small and nowhere for clothes storage. A few drawers would be a good addition here. Kettle provided - a little fridge would have been great.

The bed was comfortable and the room was nicely designed. Richard was quick to respond to questions and helped us carry our bag which we appreciated. Check in and out was easy. The apartment is in a lively area with plenty to do and near to public transport. The air con worked well.
We were told to put a towel over the shower drain when not in use and this smelt a little bit. There isn’t much storage for your clothes. It is on the third floor which is fine but also located uphill so after a long day of walking it can be tiring. It was quite loud at night due to the area we were in, we were always able to sleep though.

Room was clean and nicely furnished, bed was comfy and aircon worked well. Phone number to call meant quick resolutions.
Was told a few days before they had over booked us and had to move us to another hotel then corrected afterwards. Then on arrival had been given the wrong key box info so arrived at 10pm to an empty key box. Shower drain smelt pretty awful, I think the instruction they are looking for on the shower is ‘use the cloth to block the drain after showering’.
