The Murray Park Hotel

The hotel is quiet and the staff were excellent. We ate over at the Hydro, the sister hotel which was excellent.

The room was a little tired and the bathroom was very small.

Bit difficult to find but that may be just us ?

We loved everything, from the minute we arrived we were met by Aliysa at reception, she was absolutely fabulous, our room was No 6, it was exceptionally clean, the hotel is dog friendly and I can honestly say, I did not see 1 dog hair or could not smell dogs at all, it was so peaceful even although there was a large party booked in for a celebration, we could not hear a thing, Breakfast was absolutely perfect, we had dinner at the hotel both nights and was outstanding, we both had the same dessert each night, the breakfast staff were all very professional, attentive and just lovely, as was the bar and waiting staff,, we only left the hotel once for a walk, we just wanted away for a few night peace and quiet and that is what we got.

There was not anything at all that we didnt like.

Lovely hotel , good sized clean rooms. Could be doing with maintenance on conservatory .

The staff seemed to lack training in customer service
