Awesome hotel, clean and comfortable to the best standard. Nice relaxed bar and the roof top area is worth a visit (it was sunny and warm when we visited). Food and cocktails all tasty and as per Dublin prices. Walking from Dublin Connolly is easy.
Will stay again….
Slightly inexperienced staff in the lobby bar. The bar staff were good, and could make a range of drinks. The table service was less so. Not a big issue at all, just some spilled drinks that were not immediately replaced. But when cocktails are upward of €25 and staff spill 1/2 of 2 drinks, I think they should be replaced without a 2nd thought.

Nice decor, comfortable beds.
Excellent gym with technogym equipment.
Not sufficient infrastructure around hotel (shops, restaurants, bars etc) in walking distance.
Noisy lobby, and lobby bar area.
We were really disappointed when the receptionists at check-in informed us that the roof terracce was closed - it was the main reason we booked the hotel, and the one item that is highlighted the most on the hotel pictures on booking.com.
Mint soaps in bathroom (abhor mint, it makes me sick).
No (separate) heating in bathroom.
Could hear music from "somewhere" during most of our stay.

The bed and pillows were not comfortable. The overall feel was the hotel looked a little run down and could do with some refurbishment especially for the price I paid. Scratches and dents on the doors, damage to the walls, marks on the floor and my bed covers had two mouldy staines on them, the overall decor was a little aged. For £500 a night room I would expect high quality finishing, compared to other hotels Ive stayed in for that price this one comes pretty low on the list.

The spa and swimming pool were good. The bed was very comfortable.
The bath didn’t drain properly. When you let the bath water out it would bubble up in the shower drain and flood the bathroom. The reception staff also tried to charge us double for breakfast when breakfast was included in the original price of the booking. The hotel is a 20 minute walk away from the city centre and there are not many restaurants nearby.
