It was very clean and the staff were friendly especially the morning breakfast staff
A bit expensive. Menu card limited

Staff very helpful, breakfast nice, rooms a nice size. Great location. Pool is nice if a little on cold side. Got a complimentary late check out which was much appreciated.
Burger in restaurant was terrible, no aircon in room and street very noisy to have window open
Room booked and made up for 3 but only towels for 2. Bathroom not the cleanest and a lot of dust in the radiators. No water in bedrooms. Very expensive for quite tired rooms.

A great location for a show in the 3 Arena or Board Gais Energy Theatre. Lovely interior in the hotel. Fab room. Nice and clean
We stayed in room 321, from 6am there was works going on outside the hotel it was exceptionally loud. There was also a beeping coming from the hallway of the hotel from around the same time. Very hard to get sleep with all of this.

The location was close to my conference
The room had no fridge. Soundproofing was a serious problem. I could clearly hear my neighbors' conversations through the wall.
