1. A bit outdated - needs refurbish
2. 1 lift was permanently out of order during our stay. There was only 1 lift + service lift for the whole hotel. Long waiting time for guests especially when there were functions going on in the hotel
3. Breakfast was the same daily. Very little variation. At least an egg station should be made available
4. The cable box was faulty. However the technician repaired it quickly after notification
5. Has mini kitchen/ microwave but no cutlery

Very friendly and helpful staff who did all to make our stay nice and comfortable
The noise made by guests who attended weddings and though we complained about it,they did nothing. The hotel regularly hosts marriages and we weren't informed. the lift was out of order for 1 full day

It was a good spread with a variety.

Good location and friendly staff
We found a few cockroaches in the room and the room and hotel felt a bit old and not what I expected for a 4 star hotel which is also attached to a posh shopping centre
