The location is very good. Only 5-10 minutes from the station. Was able to leave luggage early before checking in. The staff were very friendly.
Quite noisy with traffic. The bed was quite hard. It is an absolutely basic room with no coffee/tea facilities or fridge/bottled water. The price seems high for what you get and it would be worth paying a bit more for a few comforts

Great location within walking distance from the train/bus station. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean room. Honestly was expecting much worse for a 2 star hotel/b&b.
Only thing to mention: if you don’t like the street noise you better bring your earplugs. Not much the owner can do about it cause it’s like this everywhere in the city.
