Friendly staff, nice touch with the fresh flowers in room, great location. Good to have coffee tea making facility.
The only thing really is perhaps it would have been advantageous if there was a licenced bar available in the evening ,we didnt fancy going down the steps at night to go to the nearest bar or pub.

The staff were welcoming and very helpful. The breakfast was excellent, with choice of cereal and fruit juice, a wide range of yoghurts, bananas and apples, all the components of an English cooked breakfast and plentiful toast. The beds were comfortable, with a lift to the upper floors, should it be needed, and we had a proper bath, as well as a shower. The property is on the seafront, and the buses from the airport stop close by. We were able to leave our luggage on the last day and go back and collect it before flying home.
The bath had no non-slip bathmat but as soon as we asked for one, it was provided. There were four steps down from our room to the ensuite bathroom - good that it was distanced from the bedroom but slightly awkward to navigate in the dark, without putting on the light, and not ideal for those with mobility problems. We doubt most rooms have this layout, so might be worth checking, if that could prove difficult. The downstairs lounge was rather tired and didn't look used but we didn't need to spend any time there.
