Breakfast was nice. Room was clean. Staff were friendly.
Booking.com said there was onsite free parking. However there were 7 rooms and only spaces for 3 cars. So had to park down the road ,where we could find a space

Close to centre and open air theatre. Very clean, very comfortable, and cooked breakfasts were delicious. Gillian was a wondered host, and answered any queries we had.

Proximity to Peasholm park, the theatre and the beach.
The toilet seat was old, with stains running on both sides of the U bend. It will need a change to fit the modern design of the rest of the bathroom. The curtain also had stains.
Also, I have had more filling breakfast. The idea of breakfast included encouraged the booking, but I would have gotten better portions if I planned for breakfast in the shops.
