The location was great. The breakfast was phenomenal.
The bathrooms were dysfunctional. There were no doors on the shower so water would get spray all over the floors. The bathroom sink fixture was broken. Asked the staff to fix on day one, but no one ever came. We used at least six towels each time to take a shower to sop up all of the water so it would leak into the bedroom.

Plumbing issues in room (44) taps water was coming out wrong taps (hot out of cold etc) /shower pressure /toilet smelled. The air con didn't work either.

Carla at the reception was exceptional so were Delia and her breakfast team. Top-notch Housekeeping. All in all a great stay.

Location was perfect. By foot or bus to city center was easy. Loved the hotel ambience. The bar, some fun trivia games and relaxing in their beautiful garden was perfect after a day of shopping and touring around Dublin. Their breakfast choices were excellent and delicious. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were stylish and beds very comfy!

Very elegant hotel. Beautiful and with very nice style, much more elegant than most hotels.
Fantastic breakfast and good service, also nice staff and comfy rooms. The garden was also very nice.

- Not enough parking.
- Went to front door by mistake. Entrance is to the back and we didn’t realise.
- Would prefer individual tables for breakfast.

Hotel is beautiful and in a great location. The rooms are very well decorated and felt premium.
There was no desk in the room or in any of the communal areas to work at. The door handle to my private garden area was broken and so let through a draft that made the room cold in the morning. The shower was also cold and dribbled through/low water pressure.
