Room was extremely spacious and had everything we needed.
The room needed to be swept, and lots of dust were on the floor. The cold water tap in the bathroom sink was loose.

the hotel is amazing the staff on the reception are very helpful specially mr. George he was very helpful and cooperative

Break fast is awesome and reach my expectation. Location is close to bus stop where you can connect to Tblisi mall and Tblisi itself . will Take 1 GEL per head for 1.5 hr Journey.
Air con inside room was not working. but opening balcony will get some fresh Air. As city is not hot or Humid your sleep won't get disturb. They explain with some excuses like govt Norms for turning On and Off your aircon which i don't Know whetehr its true or not

Breakfasts were superb. They can be easily the best breakfasts I ever had in a hotel anywhere around the world. The selection and the quality of food were excellent, and the staff were helpful and attentive, especially Teo the manager.
I also enjoyed the restaurant in the evenings, with its very tasty Iranian cuisine.
My room was comfortable and spacious.
Wifi could be better, especially in the evenings.
Also there was only one elevator leading to my room, and it was often too busy. I could use stairs to go up or down one floor but was unable to find any access to the stairs.

First of all, the restaurant of the hotel was excellent, it had good service and staff, and it also had a clean and large swimming pool, and the proximity of the hotel to the shopping center was a positive point for us.

Hotel Staff and response.
Actual hotel per day charges are very less compared to what was booked on booking.com. Don't book in booking.com instead directly call the hotel and book your reservation or book for one day and extend your stay at hotel.
Breakfast should have some Indian breakfast items as there are many guests from India.

Location and the room and bathroom size are big.
Staff was cooperative. Especially Tango has been a great help.Ther is shattaf in toilts.
It is a little bit far from old Tbilisi and city center but I like it . Break fast is a little limited

Fortune service, food was really good. especially it provided indian halal food..
i didnt like the service of booking.com
i went with my wife and 2 kids and it made me book 2 rooms instead of 1.. had if i booked direct i could have managed with 1 room with extra bed which would hve saved me half of the money

Location for business was good
The hotel needs a revamp. The beds are too low off the floor. Broken handles and cupboard doors.
