Perfect location, with almost everything within easy reach. Public transport is nearby, and there are plenty of restaurants to choose from, as you would expect in the city centre. It was also very quiet.

Location is great. The room was clean and cozy. Staff was super nice. The variety and quality of food served for breakfast was great. The atmosphere was good overall.
The noise. 1st night - music from the street at 5am. 2nd night - music till 23PM. It may be better if you get a room with windows facing inner yard. Even though breakfast was good, the restaurant was way overcrowded - difficult to get to the food, not to mention getting a table to sit. Parking is right in front of the hotel, but it's expensive as everywhere else in the old town.

Colazione e posizione
Il servizio di accoglienza SPA.Ho dovuto chiedere l'intervento della Responsabile, il personale del front office era incompetente e molto sgarbato.

Hotel was good central location and nice rooms.
The spa was closed for maintenance. The hotel was booked primarily because of the spa this was not indicated to us prior to arriving at the hotel. Upon arrival the reception told us that the spa was closed and we could use an alternative hotel 15 min walk away, this was disappointing as we were looking forward to using the hotel we were staying in amenities. If we had known we would’ve booked another hotel.
