Great stay in the Old town of Riga, wonderful breakfast and super spacious rooms. SPA and pre-arranged massage was a great experience.

Staff could have been a bit more friendly.

La situación del hotel con vistas al río y los puentes históricos es muy buena. Muy limpio y el personal amable.

Los teléfonos no funcionaban para poder notificar a recepción que había alguna fiesta en otra habitación, el spa y el desayuno demasiado saturado de gente (hay mucha gente en el mismo momento tanto para el acceso al Spa cómo en la sala de desayunos).

Really good location, friendly staff, clean and big rooms.

They have a car park but you have to pay 20€ for 24 hours, breakfast costs 20euros per person, the spa is not included, you have to pay 20e per person for 1, 5h.

Everything was amazing at property. Staff, Rooms, Cleanliness. Spa was amazing and I really had a great time there. Location was great and staff was always available to help you. 10/10.

Aamiainen oli riittävän monipuolinen. Hotellin sijainti erinomainen Vanhan kaupungin laidalla ja erinomaisten liikenneyhteyksien varrella.

Aamiaisella välillä ruuhkaista. Huoneessa siivooja kävi vain yhden kerran, vaikka vietimme hotellissa 3 yötä.

Kylpylä oli viihtyisä ja hotelli siisti

Ravintolassa tunnettiin huonosti maitotuotteet: myös voi on maitotuote ja jäätelö. Olen täysin laktoositon enkä voi syödä ollenkaan laktoosia. Ruuan löytäminen oli vaikeaa.

Nicht wirklich gute Parkmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung; dummerweise beim Frühstück zwei der drei Kaffemaschinen defekt, dadurch lange Wartezeiten; Check-In dauert trotz vorherigem Online-Check-In bissel lang

Wir waren für 5 Tage im Wellton. Die Lage des Hotels ist Top. Alles kann fußläufig erreicht werden. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut, auch der Reinigungspersonal erfüllt ihren Job herausragend. Wir hatten mit Frühstück gebucht, was ich ebenfalls empfehlen kann, es wird jeden Tage frische Spiegeleier, Waffeln und gebackene Sandwiches zubereitet. Auch das Fitnessstudio haben wir genutzt, es ist umfangreich ausgestattet.

Kleinen Abzug gebe ich für mangelnde Belüftung im Zimmer, die Fenster lassen sich nur kippen, was mit einer Galsfront davor nicht ganz optimal ist. Die Panorama Bar im 8ten Stock mit der tollen Dachterrasse war während unseres Aufenthalt geschlossen. Die Gründe mussten wir jedoch selbst erfragen. Der Grund einer Privaten veranstaltung über 5 Tage war auch sicher eher eine Notlüge, als die Realität.... Für einen Stadttrip jedoch aufgrund der Lage eine absolute Empfehlung.

Reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

Rooftop terrace was not accessible due to private functions. I feel the hotel could promote the use of the Bolt App more. We found it excellent and could have saved us €20 on our transfer.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location in the city centre, everything one might need - can be easily reached by foot. Friendly staff, good soundproofed, great breakfast, definitely recommend. We will stay here for sure again!

I think the spa and flipflops shoud be included In the price

The private spa was great value for money, the breakfast selection was huge and delicious. The room was very spacious, we had a view over the river which was beautiful.

The main spa was nice but quite busy, the price of the private spa was just 5 euros more, we would recommend to take that instead.
