Beautiful large room with seating and small kitchen, heated bathroom floor and bathrobes, comfortable bedding. The restaurant is Michelin starred and was incredible for both breakfast and dinner.

Excellent throughout, quiet, efficient, and available, helpful, pleasant staff. Everything necessary provided. Underfloor heating in bathroom, ample sockets, perfectly furnished room, even small balcony with chairs/table. Bed very comfortable. No street noise during our 4 nights. My wife reported that her two arranged massages were absolutely perfect.

Strange mismatch between provisioned bathroom where everything possible provided- and the fully-equipped kitchenette where just two of each cutlery and crockery and absolutely nothing else provided. If provide body lotion, tissues and slippers, why no small pan, washing-up liquid, kitchen towel, tea-towel, cleaning pad and such basic requirements for actually using the otherwise excellent kitchen area? There is a note saying one could ask for things, but seems niggardly to have to ask for all this just for the few times we wanted a snack on such a longer stay. Lack of heating on evening when room cooler- not worth bothering staff on last day , but no warmth from radiators and no instruction about how to warm up the room- thermostat controls didn't seem to do anything.
