everything was good
hot water was out for a stay so that was not very helpful

Location to the Epworth and direct tram line to the city. The reception staff were very helpful and accommodating. Secure parking was also a bonus though parking spaces very tight.
The couch in the living area was the hardest I have ever sat on. Could feel the springs.

The hotel was good value. It was clean, quiet and good location.

Location was good, late check-in easy and straightforward. Friendly receptionist when checking out the next morning.
Bathroom not very clean. Top sheets on bed appeared to be clean thankfully, but underlay was very stained and dirty. Sink in the kitchenette was stained brown and filthy. I was able to clean it, but I shouldn't have had to. Door cards were disabled early, despite paying for a late checkout. Quickly fixed by the receptionist, but still another niggly annoying thing.
