The friendly, helpful staff, clean and wonderful amenities, everything!!!
I prefer the outside balcony as this time I was inside. Still had a balcony but wasn’t the same!

Everything
Not enough tea bags/milk and tissues- only said this because I had to think about the answer

Nothing.

Location was near public transport and a vibrant Smith street.
It was SO small it was difficult to function in the available space. It had a very large bed and all apartment facilities but only one space for luggage, a small 3/4 size table with one chair and one stool, virtually no space on the bathroom vanity, the shower, although well screened, was virtually in the bedroom, one (very small, non functional bedside table) and nothing on the other side except floor space, an area (with only 5 hangers) to hang clothes but not really suitable for long pants or dresses because it was above the luggage storage area.
