Great location, lovely staff, variety of choices in food, their rooftop was amazing. All staff are respectful and always smiling.

The whole ambience of the hotel, friendly staff, the breakfast and restaurants within the hotel. All facilities were wonderful and pool area was wonderful including the delicious cocktails and outlook onto beach.

This is one of the most amazing places I’ve stayed anywhere! The staff were so friendly, the restaurants and bar were beyond our expectations and the rooms were phenomenal.

Great location, friendly staff.

Buffet Breakfast was overwhelming with too many staff on top of you. Bathroom was slightly run down and hallways needed some maintenance.

Slow check in, construction in front and side of the hotel. Same amenities as 5 yrs ago-same cocktail. Still nice hotel but not as it was.. The same goes for outlets. Steakhouse was at best, average.

it was my first time on Bali, so I didn’t know we’ll areas, but decided to chops Seminyak - and it’s was fun, many bars, beaches and nice places. hotel is near the ocean, nice staff, very clean rooms - the housekeepers making their job on 5+. Nice pool areal and good cocktails. plantation grill - restaurant that we chose for new year eve - was absolutely fantastic!!!!

I guess it’s not about hotel - it’s more about climate in general - very very moisture, and because of that f you open windows in room will be crazy dampness, like all my clothes were wet and smelly

Super clean throughout - fantastic location - wonderful breakfast - healthy choices . we had an ocean view so used the balcony a lot. I love their pool policy where if you leave for more than 20 minutes - your belongings are removed so others can use the chairs. Stops those selfish “gits” from tying up chairs all day - and means there’s always seats free.

Our toilet flush button kept getting stuck - first world problems….

Loved the ambience and room quality. Every need was taken care of and the staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The food was great in all the restaurants.

The hotel is very clean and modern. The pool area is big and we were always able to get sunbeds even in the middle of the day, the pool bar is great with quick service and good selection of drinks. The beach access is convenient too, just 20 feet away from the hotel with beds for use by Double-Six guests. The location is very convenient to end your stay in Bali with - just a 30 min drive to the Airport.

Other than the great on-site options, there aren't many reputable restaurants and bars around the hotel, everything is a short walk away in central Seminyak (About 15-20 mins) or a short drive away in Canggu (30-40 mins).
