I love the staff they were always smiling and so so helpful. The security guard Ully was amazing every time he saw me approaching he would run and help me cross the road and always made sure I was safe. He really made my day and he deserves recognition
The breakfast was not amazing it could be improved I paid for breakfast but chose to go across the road to Sumak for several days because it was better

Staff is very good from front desk to cleaning staff and especially security agents they are very helpfull and friendly
The breakfast is generous
The location is good albeit traffic can be hard for cars exiting there
The view of the pool is beautiful but the dirty glass made it bad
The time we went to the pool the staff were not there the towels were available but to order you had to call staff on the phone they placed the issue is the phone not working and twice the staff says hello but cant hear us
Two minor issues that would have been easily solved
