The proprietor gave good directions, allowed us in very late and it was close to the Airport.
The room had not been cleaned. There were dirty towels and trash in the room. The bed was not changed. There were no instructions for breakfast which was included. I would take this place off your list

Left before breakfast. Packaged pastries and yogurt were available 24 hours a day. Nespresso coffee machine also available. The owner was incredibly kind, and gave great recommendations for dinner nearby.
The bed just wasn't comfortable, nor were the pillows. European B&Bs do not tend to have comfy beds, but it would have been a relief to sleep in one before flying home.

Clean. Comfortable. Good coffee. Close to the airport. Organised a driver to take us to a restaurant than dropped back off. Driver got us to the airport on time early the next morning. Very friendly.

Fiumicino Airport to Hotel is approximately 30/40 mins by shuttle bus service (1.30 euro) and 20 mins by taxi/private hire. Slight inconvenience for travellers with heavy luggage unless you’re getting around by car as there is little to no public transport available unless you walk out to the Main Street Via Delle via Cananerie, with a single bus service that takes you around Fiumicino town itself without a fixed bus schedule, intervals vary between 1-1.5 hours depending on peak hours

very expensive in regards to the location! very far from the airport not 9 min as described. I suggest B&B hôtel same price and the nearest to the airport

the service was so lovely, greeted at the gate of the property, took the shuttle the next morning. all were friendly, safe, on time, and had a family feel. grazie!!!

The location was near the airport, and the owner was very helpful in helping us arrange transportation for very early in the morning so we could catch our flight.

It's totally not easy to get a taxi to go there from FCO airport especially in the late night after 23:00. Most taxi go to Roma and will not consider to go to this hotel location. We paid 50 euro from FCO airport to this hotel!

The warm hospitality of the hosts and helpful nature was good. 2 minutes walking distance from the Malibu beach. The location is within 5km radius of airport and supermarket and restaurants are nearby
