Clean rooms and shared spaces. The elevator works just fine. Convenient location. The host was always in touch. The hotel completely matches the description.

I couldn't find the air conditioning unit on my own, but the host helped me with that.

Très bonne adresse que je recommande sans hésiter ! L’hôtel est parfaitement situé, à quelques minutes à pied de la place Taksim, avec les transports en commun, les restaurants, les cafés et les commerces à proximité. C’est un petit hôtel, très bien entretenu et très agréable. La chambre est propre, confortable et dispose de tout le nécessaire. Un immense merci à Mehmet, qui est un hôte exceptionnel. Très accueillant, toujours serviable et bienveillant, il a été d’une grande aide à plusieurs reprises pendant mon séjour. C’est une très belle rencontre et je le remercie sincèrement pour sa gentillesse et son hospitalité.

Friendly staff, great location

The room was very cold, even with AC and small heater the room couldn't get warm. Also, seemed like the bedsheets and towels were not changed, so we had to ask housekeeping to give us new ones. The size of the room was also pretty small.
