The breakfast was amazing and the location of the guesthouse is close to amenities.

Great service and friendly welcome. Host was amazing and went out of her way to make us comfortable. Even with early check in and late check out.
No golf channel on TV

Really enjoyed location in Silver Lakes - a bit further of a drive but allowed me to enjoy a walk around the golf course in the early morning and a supper at the club house - both which I really enjoyed and added to the ambience of the location
Hot breakfast scumptious - would have enjoyed fresh juice and stronger coffee I think as well as bottled water in the room
