Exceptional

Very professional staff and room was comfortable and very clean

The air-conditioning, it didn't work properly and made weird noises. Other then that it was immaculate

The place is quiet and peaceful, the dining area was also perfect.

1. The smell in the bathroom 2. There was dust there and there, even in the hangers.

Was a good stay will definitely use you again

Breakfast was good, just a good decent meal and some great choices.

The fact that we didn’t have any water to shower from Saturday night, understandably so that the rest of PTA was also out but then having to pay R30 a bottle of water and only getting 2 500ml to wash up.

Underwhelmed but enjoyed the stay

The Lodge is Well located, and the staff were every friendly and helpful. The room was neat and tidy and the it was comfortable

Sadly the facility had no water due to an area outage that definitely affected our experience. Given the above, I was annoyed when we still had to pay for coffees. Breakfast was really underwhelming and not even hot.

There was one guest sitting in the Breakfast lounge without shoes that is unacceptable The manager should pick up things like this and she was there. and this is rated a 4 Star

Great location and value for money!

Great location in the heart of Silverlakes right next to the golf clubhouse! Extremely friendly and helpful staff always willing to help. Was an enjoyable stay!

Perfect stay in a safe environment

The location of this hotel on the Silverlakes golf estate is great, very close to the clubhouse & restaurant. Our room was comfortable & clean. The area was quiet & great for walking in a safe environment.

The shower/water pressure was not great.

The hotel located in a beautiful estate in a golf field with restaurants, kids playground, pool, tennis court.

Suggestion: It may be a good idea to apply a frosted window film for privacy on the glass door to the bathroom. The toilet is not private at all.

Relaxing

This is my default place to stay when in the area, as the location is great and the staff are just so friendly. I hope to be back soon.

The room was not cleaned during our stay Had to ask staff to come and clean room at 19h00

We ended up paying for all 3 rooms but did not stay.

Reception was very slow, but thorough. We did not spend the night there as the room smelt like smoke and we are non-smokers. Room was also not very welcoming and cosy ..... We opted to leave, no complaint was lodged.

Decor can be upgraded for sure !
