The host was amazing, the place is amazing, quiet and in a safe neighbourhood. Regardless of power outages, the Host made sure that we were catered for. There was also a generator which helped when there was no electricity.
The bathroom being separate from the room. But only one room is like that compared to the rest of the premises so just check 1st which room you have booked for incase you mind having a separate bathroom from your room.

Had only one breakfast which was good
Wooded area very nice
The bathroom of the Orange room seems to have a drainage issue in the sink.
It would have been nice to have facial tissues in the room.
The pool looked inviting but too many things floated on the surface.

Location, decor, quiet, clean, lovely garden, air conditioned, spacious rooms, very comfortable beds, very helpful and friendly admin and cleaning staff.
No laundry services at all; guests are notified to take their laundry to a laundromat down the road in a shopping area, which is difficult to do if you don’t have a car and are reliant on others to drive you anywhere.
Loads of stairs to reach the bedrooms, which is difficult for elderly or mobility challenged folk. Main steps up to front door could use a rail to make it a little more user friendly for those who need such support.
TV could also be upgraded to a smart type television.

Wonderful accommodation, I always go back to Koru whenever I can...very helpful and responsive hosts.
They forgot to put diffusers in the rooms...but other than that no complaints whatsoever.
