The location was great and they had a lot of different items for breakfast that tasted great! The staff was nice too.
Shower didn't really have any pressure and you couldn't adjust the heating. To get to the breakfast you had to go through a long narrow corridor with a lot of people. The bed sheets in the room looked a bit dirty.

Location and facilities were excellent. Clean rooms and common areas, excellent service.
I was grateful I was not on the 2nd floor as walking to breakfast could have been noisy for guests in those rooms.
The toppers on the beds move and made for an uncomfortable sleep, the pillows were not comfortable.

Perfect location if you want to be close to Malmö Arena.
Great view over Öresund Bridge and Copenhagen.
Terribly slow and ineffecient elevators, specially when a lot of external guests wanted to visit the sky bar. (Consider dedicating 1 of the 4 elevators to just go back and forth from the ground floor to the sky bar and leave the other 3 for hotel guests.)
No other restaurants or bars open late in the area.
No free handicap parking in the area over night.
