I had a very good stay, the place is very clean, well maintained. My bedroom was clean, wifi works very well. Staff is very nice. I really recommend this place.

The location is not right around malioboro, but it is still convenient to get to the city center. There are supermarket and laundry just across the guesthouse. AC was good, room was clean, staff were great and we stayed there in their family suite room with a discount, so we have no complaint.

The floor wasn't mopped properly, so it was a little slippery when you walk around the room barefoot. The same with the bathroom floor.

Love my stay here even for a day because everything was perfect from checkin till checkout. The staff also very helpful. Very recommended

The location is good and easy to find. Just across the street, there's a big supermarket (Mirota) where you can get any snack you want with lower prices. But if the midnight hunger strikes, no worries! The hostel also provides snacks and instant noodle with reasonable price. The room is so clean and cosy, the washroom is also clean and shiny, and also friendly and helpfull staff. And I also loved the working space at the lobby! It's a comfy and cosy place to do some works. The breakfast menus were good, with the bread and friends are available in 6 (even before 6 sometimes if you're very early riser) and warm meals on 7 with a different menu every morning.

In one morning, the noodle is too salty and spicy. Probably it'll be better if the staff ask us, or we tell them first if we want the warm meal to be more spicy or salty. But it only happened once, the rest of my stay was just great.
