Muy buena ubicación y estaba muy limpio
La habitación es demasiado pequeña para dos personas, es muy incómodo, ese estudio es más para 1 persona, no entra luz natural, las ventanas no se pueden abrir porque está a pie de calle. Para ducharte la cortina se te cae encima, es muy incómodo, el tamaño de la ducha es aceptable pero esa cortina molesta, sugeriría cambiarla. Se escuchaban todos los pasos que daban en la habitación que está encima. La primera noche había una fiesta allí, a pesar de no estar permitido, y como no hay personal, no se puede hacer nada.

The property is exactly as advertised. Small but exactly what you need and in the most perfect location. Great value for money and such easy check in. Brilliant air con and tidy, modern space
There was a slight ant problem towards the end of our stay and some cobwebs in the bathroom. Maybe a slightly better clean would improve it. Also a few extras in the kitchen would be a lovely added touch but understandable with the price point

Location
Mold and moisture. Mold smell is very intense. Very unhealthy place to stay. Dark with half a window to open - aeration is basically impossible. Bathroom window is ground level to the street - inconvenient to use or keep open

Location is great.
Towels provided were small rags.... bring your own if you visit.
Nowhere to hang our stuff to dry beach towels/ bikini etc

Really nice place, nice position... i would highly recommended but for not so long stay, cause could be very claustrophobic place to stay for a complete family.

We had a nice time, the place was neat and clean. It was basically in the city center so we could reach everything in few minutes.( bars, restaurants, shops, beach….)

If you want a very centrally located room, this is right in the alleyways of the old city and very close to the water, to swim.
The room opens up directly onto the alley , which has restaurant, shops and bars along it. There is a nightclub directly opposite the room about 5m away that had loud music playing till late. If you want a peaceful place, I don't think this is the place for you.

great location. its basic as such although with all the facilities and self catering as well so worked out great for our group. comfortable beds, Air conditioning and everything provided for.

Great location, delicious food nearby. Shower & bathroom door handle were broken in our room though, and be careful on the bunkbed ladder! ⚠️ make sure you check out the sea organ.

Irresponsive host.didn't get any response to me questions before checknin, on the daybos check in received a generic message with code to the house which was fine. But when we checked in we realized there is no internet (wifi was working but connection without internet). I sent message to the host but haven't received any reply. Good that we were booking only for 1 night

Our flight wasn't until 4pm the next day and the host kindly let us stay in the apartment for longer than the check out time. Shower was great. Beds were comfy.
Towels supplied were only hand towels so small for use after a shower.

Location is excellent, although not easy to find. Good communication with owners. Well equipped and good value for money in centre of Old Town.
Split level is good to maximise space and privacy but quite hazardous. Not for the faint hearted or less agile. To be expected but noise level high until very late at weekend.

The location was in old town and within walking distance of major attractions.
The room was very small and the facilities were poor. The shower/bathroom was really small and difficult to move in. There were no towels provided.
Parking was a mess. The place advertised free parking, but the parking was far away and in an unsafe location. I was glad, when no one broke in the car or stole the car from this parking location recommended by the staff.

The appartment was clean, very well located, and offers all expected commodities. I defenititely recommend this place.
The pub in the same street is quite noisy until late at night (better go down there and enjoy the party!). Not the case on sundays as far as we observed.

Fantastic! I wasn't expected that level of new interior design inside the room and so modern bathroom. Great place to stay in the city center of Zadar - close to the restaurants and historical places.
It was a bit noisy during the night, as nearby there was some kind of a pub opened till late hours.

location only, place was reasonably clean
Owner rented other studio rooms to the large group teenage tourists who were yelling in the building since 2pm, playing loud music and smoking marihuana inside the premises. We were suffering and didn’t sleep all night. Shower had only cold water.
