Es handelt sich bei der Unterkunft um eine Etage im 1. Stockwerk mit 5 Zimmern. Bäder sind neu / modern, die Zimmer , der Flur im typischen Chic des Landes. Gute Lage am Beginn der Altstadt. Das nächste Frühstücks-Caffee / der Bäcker ist in rund 5 - 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar.

Very clean, very good contact with the host, easy check-in, close to the city centre but also quiet. The walls are quite thin so you need to be careful and not make too much noise at night. Huge and comfortable bed!

Zadar the town itself was amazing.
The apartment smelt of sewage especially in the hallway,forget about sleeping after about 10 as the club in the park is really loud.I know this wasn't a fault of the apartment owner but the windows are old and let a lot of noise in.I would pay a little more and find a decent hotel if I were visiting Zadar.

Well situated right beside old town. Very easy to see all the sights. Room did not have a view but this was not important to us as we were only in the room to sleep and shower. Large comfortable bed. Quiet room. Property manager went out of his way to receive and deliver the luggage our airline had lost. This was hugely important to us.

The bed was huuuge and it was pretty big. Bathroom was lovely as well.
The wifi had a problem at the beginning, took a couple of hours ot fix but staff was really helpful.

Great location as you can walk in the old town in 2 mins. I liked that the breakfast was not in the appartement but in a very nice Café in the old town centre. The Check in was so easy, no problems at all.
The water pressure was not good and the noise quite loud from the club until midnight (with open window). At midnight it closes, so was for us fine in the end.

The location was very good
Definitely not a 4 star! Although we asked to check-in early, we were told check-in was at 2PM. We had to ask for instructions on how to get in. We watched as the room was finished being cleaned, but the sink did not drain properly, and the cleaning person was aware of this. Yes, breakfast was offered, but we had to walk 500 meters to get it.

Clean, and quite comfortable.
Quite a lot of outside noises, including airconditioning which did not turn off at night, people walking and talking outside, and music being played.

Great location, very close to the old city of Zadar, easy reachable with Waze/GPS. Check-in instructions were very clear. There is a parking available at the property (but it's 4 kuna/hour) but there's a free one 400m nearby.
Wifi was a little slow.

Great big, clean and comfortable rooms like in a very good hotel. The location is just superb. The host is very nice as well. Loved absolutely everything!
