It was a very small room with an ensuite bathroom right in the centre of Zadar's old town. Great location, clean, very sparsely furnished, perfectly adequate for a one-night stay. There was some shower gel provided in the bathroom and some instant coffee and teas, which was appreciated. Easy to get in and clear instructions.
It had very small windows at the top of the wall so the room was quite dark and there was no view. Nowhere to put your bags - not even enough space around the bed to lay out a suitcase. I thought the price was too high given how small and sparse it was - but I guess that's the market in Zadar.

Everything - the location was perfect, the apartment was spotless and well-appointed.
Very poor and erratic Wi-Fi connection - I could never rely on it working, and had to buy more data during my stay.

Great location. Walking distance to old town and plenty of restaurants
Outdated, bedding was old and torn, including the curtain.

It was clean and central for the old city. The young girl who met me was lovely, helpful - a pleasure.
Needed eye shields due to no real curtains, and ear plugs to block out the hourly church bells. The room was very basic, not much bigger than the bed and the poorly maintained tenement block was ugly; looked very unsafe. A neighbour reassured me it was only ugly.
It was cheap. But having paid the same for an immaculate, beautiful apartment in Cres the days before, I'm not sure about the value for money during this off season.
