What a beautiful house. The sun streaming into the room was amazing.
Can’t really complain about it being on a hill. Or the shower that I didn’t want to get out of.

The room is located on the ground floor of the owners' Victorian villa in the small port town of Port Chalmers. The owner told us it is one of the oldest houses in the village. The room is tastefully decorated with the owner's own artwork, which is for sale.
The rooms have a high stud height, so required heating using two supplied portable electric heaters, which were a bit fiddly to adjust to maintain the room at a comfortable temperature.
The room looks out to the front garden/ balcony, there is no view of the harbour.
