Edit Auckland Greenlane

Parking. All generally good

Squeaky floorboards above. Change door outside unit 5 needs to be a quiet shut.

Lovely huge studio with a super king bed and a basic kitchenette. TV had all the sky channels. Quiet. Good value.

No room service unless you ask for clean towels etc. The rear stairwell entrance smells badly of damp.

Good location

Mouldy smell in hall foyer

Large bedroom and bed.

The rooms are on several levels but there are no lifts. The room we had was fine however, the bathroom was rather basic and In Need of refurbishment. The room was not serviced during our 3 night stay and only one towel per person was provided. We arrived late and were sent an email with instructions for collecting the key, however, because I had no internet connection I could not retrieve this. So I used the intercom to contact the night manager who said the information is all in the email then disconnected my call without offering any further help. Not impressed.
